Colour Affects Our Mood
Colourhas a great effect on mood. Red makes you feel cosy and warm, brown and cream creates a cool independent feeling, silver grabs attention.
For shops, orange and green creates flow – both of customers and cash. There is a natural psychology of colour, which, actually we are all well-versed in, on a sub-conscious level, because we all sense colour and vibration much more than we realize!

Relax, breathe deeply, and find yourself in a beautiful cave at the ocean, waves lapping inside, lovely greeny-blue water, sitting on a rock, surrounded by mermaids and mer-men playing harps and flutes. Listen and be lulled by the music. Now watch the water, as the colour changes to your perfect colours for now. Notice the exact shades. Enjoy colours and images forming for as long as you wish, and when ready, gently return to the room.
What colours did you see? Write down a precise description of the shades, you can wear them and have them around you, you’ll find out how to use them more in a moment.
How Colour Has Limitless Infinite Variations
Choosing Colours To Create An Effect
As well as the basic ‘spectrum’ or rainbow colours corresponding to each chakra, the range of colours available to you is actually infinite, with every shade having a specific vibration and feeling! To understand the infinity of colour, imagine a circular paint chart with blobs of rainbow colours around it. Now imagine a new colour between orange and yellow (a light orange). Now imagine a new colour between that light orange and yellow… an even lighter orange… Imagine, you can go on like this infinitely – there is no end to the range of colours in between each colour! Colour is infinite!

For your house, if there is a particular shade you have in mind, hold out for it! Paint charts may have many colours, but if you desire a really precise shade, you may have to mix it yourself!

What are the Chakra Colours?
The Chakra colours are:
BASE – (perineum) – RED –grounding, physical, real world. Your body, family, home, abundance. Security, safety, comfort.
SACRUM (lower belly) – ORANGE – relationship, flow, cash-flow, receiving new things, & letting go of what is no longer needed, feminine.
HEART – (heart) – PINK – love, sweetness, niceness, baby energy, nurturing we received as a child, AND or GREEN – healing, understanding on a deep level.
THROAT (throat) – BLUE –communication, self- expression through work, play, creativity.
BROW or 3RD EYE – (Forehead) – PURPLE – vision, intuition, wisdom. How you envision what you wish to create for yourself and others.
CROWN (top of head) WHITE/GOLD – Divine wisdom, connection to all that is, enlightenment.

How to Choose Colours that Harmonise Your Life and Match Your Goals?
Colour has a big effect on what we communicate to others – personally, and in business. We can choose colours to alter mood and communicate our ‘core values’.
For example, in marketing, blueis a great colour, as it perfects communication. Orange is also good as it creates flow and can attract customers and sales.
What Colours do You Need for Success?
To enhance your relationships, you might choose pink, for love, bluefor communication, turquoise for truth, or orangefor flow and relating.
What’s a Light Language Grid?
For your bedroom, you might prefer pinkfor romance (or red, for a bit more raunch, or chocolate for pleasure! )
For business, you might choose yellowfor clarity and direction, redfor grounding and making things happen in reality, and chocolatefor attracting cash.
For harmony and understanding, choose light green.
For spirituality, choose purple(spirit) and white (enlightenment) or gold(the vibration of ‘all that is’).
Having chosen your base colour, you can add accents to ‘say’ subtle things and create subtle moods, like this:
Silver– attention, notice. ‘Come and get me!’ or ‘Look at me!’ (both ‘I notice you’ and / or ‘I’m giving you notice – setting a boundary’)
Dark Purple – highlights commitment to your soul purpose.
Colour me Happy?
Peach– flattery – makes you look good.
Chocolate– enjoyment, pleasure.
Amber– sensuality, warmth.
Light Green – healing, harmony, understanding
Dark Forest Green – deep healing.
Black – psychic awareness, connection to intuitive information.
Don’t use too much grey– it causes ‘process’ (emotional and in business) which may not be what you want! (Don’t you want – results?) And if it is dark grey – creates confrontation!
Specific combinations of colours express specific feelings, like this for example (tune in and imagine the colour, maybe you can ‘feel’ or sense the energy of it for yourself!):

Growth, like dough rising. Harmony. Good for children. Feels like a peaceful green forest.
(Action, Clarity or Doing) Red and Yellow
Sunrise, something new. Good for enterprise. Feels like a zappy business meeting.
Wrong Colours?
If you’ve chosen the ‘wrong colour’ for your home or business or wardrobe, (for example, you’ve chosen white, which means ‘enlightenment’ but does not necessarily bring ‘action’ which you might need!) simply add accents of colours to add the effect you desire (for example, orange for flow, red for action, or silver for attention).

Wardrobe Worries?
Have a look at your entire wardrobe, overall. What is the ‘general colour’ feeling? How does it match your ideal colours and what you want to ‘say’ about yourself? How does it express you?
You might like to release any clothes whose colour no longer feels good, and bring in a new vibe! Don’t be afraid to throw out even ‘nice’ or ‘new’ things – if you are ‘past them’ let them go. As we develop we outgrow the existing vibration of our clothes, and need new ones to express our new feeling. (Otherwise we risk sending ourselves backwards by wearing our ‘old’ vibration!)

Case Study – Brighten up your Life!
Gemma came to me for a Healing Session, feeling depressed and out of sorts. I noticed she wore very dark clothes, black and grey, and rather untidy. I asked about her house, and she described it as ‘dark and depressing’ with lots of ‘other people’s
things’ inside. I suggested a spring clean – what we have around us has a big effect on how we feel. As Gemma needed uplifting, I suggested she clear out the junk, and add light yellow gauzy curtains and some cushions in cheerful shades like pink and orange – a low budget way to make a quick change. Plus some new lighter clothing. She felt much happier when I saw her a week later.
Hanging lengths of fabric is a super-fast way of changing your environment and quickly bringing new colour vibrations at a reasonable cost!

Here’s a harmonising chakra balancing colour exercise you can try!
This classic yoga pose brings grace and balance to the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Tune in and meditate on your perfect chakra colours as you try it!
Stand straight, bring your right sole up to rest on your left inner-thigh. Press your hands together at heart centre in prayer pose, inhale deep, and raise your hands above your head, inner elbows hugging your ears. Relax and breathe through the nose for 1-2 minutes, imagining you are inhaling your perfect colours. Inhale deep, stretch up. Gently come out of it, and repeat on the other side. Don’t worry if you wobble or shake at first – you perfect it with practice. Just do as much as you can!

How Everything is a Vibration
Everything – including your own body – has its own energy vibration at the molecular level. When you resonate with your soulmate, you are really ‘on the same level’.
Matter is Energy in Motion
Einstein said that ‘matter is energy in motion’ – seemingly solid objects consist only of rapidly vibrating photons – light.
Your own cells and organs vibrate at certain frequencies. If these are out of whack, your ill-health and literally, dis-harmony in your life, are the result that you attract because of the negative energy.

Do you know immediately, when someone walks in the room, whether you like them or not? This is because they ‘resonate’ with you – or not! This is ‘beyond words’.
Things With the Same Frequency, Attract
Resonance: On a scientific level, any physical things vibrate together. How Can we Balance and Harmonise our Chakras and Auric Field?
How is that possible? Well there are various ways, for example using sound healing or crystal healing. Sound is a frequency, a vibration. Crystals also each possess a unique vibration. Harnessing a scientific process known as ‘entrainment’ it is possible to raise and adjust the vibration of your body, just by placing something with a higher vibration, like a Crystal or positive Sound, next to it.

Chladni
How do Chakra Vibrations Work?
In the 18th century Ernest Chladni, a German physicist, found that the sound waves produced by a violin bow drawn vertically across the rim of a metal plate would create patterns in sand sprinkled on the plate. Different musical tones would cause the sand particles to move into geometric patterns. Rather like the rippling patterns the sea makes on sand.
What is Heart Chakra Healing and Reconnective Healing?
Some forms of energy healing use energy patterns like this to restore order. For example, Heart Chakra Healing and Reconnective Healing (similar to Reiki, but more advanced). These two forms of ‘hands on’ vibrational energy healing effectively run an ‘energy pattern’ over the dissonant resonance of the body. The pattern, which is a bit like a computer program installed in the aura of the person giving the healing, has an organising and calming, healing effect on the body, mind, and emotions – and most of all, on the energy system of the individual.

Ernest Chladni also found that low frequency sounds produced simple geometric shapes on a sand covered plate.
What Shapes do Sounds Make, to Harmonise and Heal?
As the sound frequency was increased, these simple forms would break up and more complex patterns would appear. The sound ‘OH’ would produce a perfect circle.
The sound ‘OM’ produced a pattern that resembles the Shri Yantra; the ancient mandala for ‘OM’ used as a focus of meditation in India for thousands of years. Hans Jenny came to the conclusion that sound creates form and that the entire human body had its own sound made up of all the sounds of its cells, tissues and organs.
How do Sound Vibrations Transform, Cleanse, and Heal?
Sound has a surprisingly powerful transforming effect, even on physical systems. For example, it’s possible to clean jewellery using a machine with a sonic vibration. Rather like shaking the dirt out of a rug, the vibration loosens unwanted particles of dirt and they fall away. High pitched sound is also used medically to shatter kidney stones.
Perfect Energy Flow = Perfect Health, Wealth, Balance and Harmony
Consider an opera singer’s ability to shatter a glass. There is a point at which a certain frequency makes it impossible for an existing system to continue in the same form. Change and healing (or cleanliness!) is the result.
Why is Flow Important for Wellbeing and Healing?
A definition of health and well-being, for me, is ‘energy flow’. Going back to the car example, when the fuel pump is blocked, the whole system shuts down. The body is the same – if we receive a physical or emotional trauma and don’t fully express our feelings about it at the time, the feelings tend to remain in the body as a block.

The natural life-force energy (prana, or chi) can’t flow and the system is like a blocked sink – likely to become out of balance and unhealthy if left for a long time! The deepest form of stress (and much worldwide conflict) is caused by fears that we are not safe, and fears that there is not enough, causing us to ‘fight to survive’. This is something I guide many of my clients to release, bringing peace.
Some of my clients need help overcoming discomfort with the process of life itself – of coming into your body, being born, living, and then dying. Such fears create what I call ‘cyclical stess’ – situations where the person is always ‘coming and going’ – and in a very stressful way – to appointments, or travelling in and out of the country, worrying about visas – situations which are mirroring far deeper concerns about living and dying. Once these are overcome, simply by guiding the client to gently release subconscious fears, your life changes and you feel so much better, so much more relaxed – with everything!
Gracefully releasing inner patterns is far, far easier, than struggling with situations you have already created, and the outer situations then transform naturally.
The mental patterns of ancient conditions on the planet, of slavery and domination, persist in deep subconscious beliefs that can still literally ‘enslave us’ – even though we are living ‘normal looking lives’. We are running the old program, believing we have to work very hard in order to survive, or we feel subconsciously persecuted, still ‘running away’ on a deep level – causing huge stress!
