The deepest form of stress (and much worldwide conflict) is caused by fears that we are not safe, and fears that there is not enough, causing us to ‘fight to survive’. This is something I guide many of my clients to release, bringing peace.

Some of my clients need help overcoming discomfort with the process of life itself  – of coming into your body, being born, living, and then dying.  Such fears create what I call ‘cyclical stess’ – situations where the person is always ‘coming and going’ – and in a very stressful way – to appointments, or travelling in and out of the country, worrying about visas – situations which are mirroring far deeper concerns about living and dying.  Once these are overcome, simply by guiding the client to gently release subconscious fears, your life changes and you feel so much better, so much more relaxed – with everything!

Gracefully releasing inner patterns is far, far easier, than struggling with situations you have already created, and the outer situations then transform naturally.

The mental patterns of ancient conditions on the planet, of slavery and domination, persist in deep subconscious beliefs that can still literally ‘enslave us’ – even though we are living ‘normal looking lives’.  We are running the old program, believing we have to work very hard in order to survive, or we feel subconsciously persecuted, still ‘running away’ on a deep level – causing huge stress!  Releasing these ancient patterns using The Reprogramming brings huge – and permanent – relief.
