How Everything is a Vibration
Everything – including your own body – has its own energy vibration at the molecular level. When you resonate with your soulmate, you are really ‘on the same level’.

How is that possible? Well there are various ways, for example using sound healing or crystal healing. Sound is a frequency, a vibration. Crystals also each possess a unique vibration. Chladni
How do Chakra Vibrations Work?
In the 18th century Ernest Chladni, a German physicist, found that the sound waves produced by a violin bow drawn vertically across the rim of a metal plate would create patterns in sand sprinkled on the plate. Different musical tones would cause the sand particles to move into geometric patterns. Rather like the rippling patterns the sea makes on sand.
What is Heart Chakra Healing and Reconnective Healing?
Some forms of energy healing use energy patterns like this to restore order. For example, Heart Chakra Healing and Reconnective Healing (similar to Reiki, but more advanced). These two forms of ‘hands on’ vibrational energy healing effectively run an ‘energy pattern’ over the dissonant resonance of the body. The pattern, which is a bit like a computer program installed in the aura of the person giving the healing, has an organising and calming, healing effect on the body, mind, and emotions – and most of all, on the energy system of the individual.

Ernest Chladni also found that low frequency sounds produced simple geometric shapes on a sand covered plate.
What Shapes do Sounds Make, to Harmonise and Heal?
As the sound frequency was increased, these simple forms would break up and more complex patterns would appear. The sound ‘OH’ would produce a perfect circle.
The sound ‘OM’ produced a pattern that resembles the Shri Yantra; the ancient mandala for ‘OM’ used as a focus of meditation in India for thousands of years. Hans Jenny came to the conclusion that sound creates form and that the entire human body had its own sound made up of all the sounds of its cells, tissues and organs.
How do Sound Vibrations Transform, Cleanse, and Heal?
Sound has a surprisingly powerful transforming effect, even on physical systems. For example, it’s possible to clean jewellery using a machine with a sonic vibration. Rather like shaking the dirt out of a rug, the vibration loosens unwanted particles of dirt and they fall away. High pitched sound is also used medically to shatter kidney stones.
Perfect Energy Flow = Perfect Health, Wealth, Balance and Harmony
Consider an opera singer’s ability to shatter a glass. There is a point at which a certain frequency makes it impossible for an existing system to continue in the same form. Change and healing (or cleanliness!) is the result.
Why is Flow Important for Wellbeing and Healing?
A definition of health and well-being, for me, is ‘energy flow’. Going back to the car example, when the fuel pump is blocked, the whole system shuts down. The body is the same – if we receive a physical or emotional trauma and don’t fully express our feelings about it at the time, the feelings tend to remain in the body as a block.
What is Chi, Prana, or Natural Life Force Energy?
The natural life-force energy (prana, or chi) can’t flow and the system is like a blocked sink – likely to become out of balance and unhealthy if left for a long time! Vibration such as healing with crystals and sound can shift such blockages and restore health and well-being. What is the meaning of Metatron’s Cube? Metatron’s Cube is a complex 3D figure derived from a deceptively simple 2D pattern called ‘The Fruit Of Life’ below : 13 connected circles – which is concealed in the ancient ‘Flower of Life’ inscribed on the walls of the Osirion temple at Abydos, Egypt, 18,000 years ago.
Mythically, Metatron was originally human, elevated to archangel by God for his services as scribe. Foremost communicator between humans and the divine, he is best known for his ‘cube’, shown above Angel Metatron, right.
The Flower of Life – A specific regular repeating pattern of circles rotating around a central point, shown – contains a vast Akashic system of information (kind of, short hand for the entire planet’s memory), including templates for the five Platonic Solids – Key Sacred Shapes which are the building blocks of creation. If you think this is far fetched, read on – in a moment you will see the shapes appear as if by magic.
A Crop Circle
Sacred Geometry, by the way, is where the ‘mystery of all creation’ meets science, and any sceptics out there might enjoy further study, which will transport you from the Atomic Tables via mathematics to the myth of Atlantis and crop circles in the wink of an eye (which, as you will discover, embodies a very special shape known as a vesica piscis, and more, much more…)
Anyway, I shall be your guide through this vast landscape of ‘weird shape fractal zodiac geomancy’ – whatever that is!
Metatron is linked with Thoth –(or possibly, Metatron IS Thoth – ancient figure who pops up many times through esoteric history, said to have reincarnated many times from pre-history, Atlantis, Ancient Egypt, even to today, possibly AKA Drunvalo Melchizedek.
‘Metator’ is latin for a guide or measurer, which is certainly akin to this cube. ‘Metatron’ also refers to the ‘Keter’ or crown in the Kabbalah ‘Tree’ – an ancient picture of the Chakra System. The Kabbalah Tree is based on the ‘Flower of Life’ – no doubt, as Madonna could tell you! See Blue Outline above – how The Kabbalah Tree is derived from The Flower of Life.
To make Metatron’s Cube, begin with The Fruit Of Life (The 13 circles, Left). Curves describe feminine energy, so to manifest something (remember, this is a figure intended to describe creation), we must add masculine energy, represented by straight lines – so we much join the centres of all the circles with straight lines.
Encapsulated within the resulting Metatron’s Cube design (shown below), are all of the five known Platonic Solids – Key Sacred Shapes: a cube, a tetrahedron (triangular pyramid), Octahedron (two square pyramids with bases joined), an Icosahedron (twenty triangular faces) and a Dodecahedron (twelve pentagonal faces). Watch the moving image below to see how it works.
Erasing the lines in certain ways gives rise to each shape as shown more clearly below (except in the case of the Dodecahedron, of which more in a moment). Watch the moving GIF, right, to see exactly how each Shape arises within Metatron’s Cube. Then observe the static shapes below.
Observe my moving image, above, and you’ll see the images appear, superimposed on the ‘Fruit of Life’ (the 13 circles) – you’ll see each shape in turn: Cube, Octahedron, Dodecahedron, Icosahedron, Tetrahedron, Star Tetrahedron and how they superimpose. Think of the shapes as being like ‘pop ups’ – the 2D shape ‘pops up’ into 3D reality – like a pop-up book!
Plato
Plato’s bit: All the shapes we find within Metatron’s Cube are Platonic Solids. Discovered by Plato, these are special shapes because they are all perfectly regular and symetrical. The Platonic Solids are all convex, all faces are identical, all edges are identical, and all angles are identical, and the points all fit exactly inside a sphere. The more than 100,000 kinds of crystal in the world ALL derive from these forms. Interestingly, Pythagoras and Plato didn’t mention the Dodecahedron, perhaps wanting to keep it secret. Apparently, it does fit (see moving gif, above); this may be a recent discovery as some texts omit it.

Although named after Plato, the Platonic Solids were actually described by Pythagoras 200 years earlier – he called them the ‘perfect solids’ – and claimed he found the info under the pyramids (linking back to the ubiquitous Thoth who very much lurks in Egypt). Each shape also represents an element: The tetrahedron is fire, the cube is earth, the octahedron is air, the icosahedron is water, and the dodecahedron is ether. The sphere is the void.
Grids of light made from sacred shapes define everything in life that gets created. Everything is made from sacred shapes. I learned about sacred shapes from Amana Virani in Bali, when I became an Advanced Light Language practitioner, able to write grids of Sacred Shapes in light as shown, right. Video: Light Language
The Vesica Piscis – sacred geometry that forms the eye, and the vagina.
Conception: Sacred Geometric Shapes, DNA and Creation: Two cells merge, form a ‘vesica piscis’ (below) – a deeply sacred shape where the centres of two spheres or circles bisect each other. Next sperm and ova pass right through each other to become a single cell or zygote. Then: mitosis and the chromosomes join, then migrate to North and South poles.
Then a tube forms pole to pole and the chromasomes split and migrate to alternate poles. This is the complete prototype new human. The zygote then splits into four cells and forms a tetrahedron inside a sphere. The next division yields a star tetrahedron/cube in a shape called ‘the egg of life’. .
The Egg of Life
These eight cells reside at the perineum – our centre (geometrically) and literally where we grow from. And an important esoteric plexus, besides, on which our energy field fixates. Anyway, eight cells divide into eight more, form a cube within a cube.
8 Cell Human Embryo. The mouth or the anus will form in the centre of the image (as the tube torus forms).
After this, divisions become asymetrical as we differentiate in all the tiny special little ways that make us, well, special! At sixty-four cells the embryo becomes hollow and the poles grown together and form a tube torus, one end of which will be the mouth, the other, the anus.
So, to sum up the Sacred Geometric Shapes forming life: life begins as an ovum or sphere, becomes a tetrahedron, then a star tetrahedron, a cube, another sphere, and finally, a torus (donut).
So, if you ever find yourself on a different planet and need to explain the Platonic Solids/Creation to an alien, all you’ll need are a compass, ruler, and the ability to draw thirteen circles…

The thought that came to mind personally, as I gazed at this Sacred Geometry image, was ‘Gateway of Desire’. I saw of field of what looks like 3D frangipani flowers. And also an incredible 3D mobius (figure 8 or infinity sign) made of spheres. My sense is that meditating on what one desires, while gazing at this image, would be.. fruitful!

My personal view is that the World Grid is a Small Stellated Dodecahedron (a Dodecahedron where each pentagon face is uprooted into a 5 face pyramid – look for the pentagons in the image above.
