Before becoming a Spiritual Teacher, I was a Yoga Teacher. Having practised yoga for 8 years, I became a teacher of Kundalini Yoga when I came to Ubud, Bali, in 1997. Later, the owner of Bali Buddha, a local wholefood restaurant, asked me to do a crystal healing for him – I became a Healer overnight, as I discovered my natural talent for Crystal Healing – though later I learned Crystal Healing through practise.
My natural talent for Crystal Healing grew, and I was initiated as an Advanced Light Language practitioner – a very advanced form of healing using colour light and sacred geometric shapes. I learned Crystal Healing through doing it – practise! – though it was also a process of remembering what I seemed to already innately know. I used quartz crystals, rose quartz, amethyst, and a range of pebble crystals that I loved, placing them on and around my client’s body to move the energy, release negativity, and create transformation. Later, I developed my own crystal healing tools – starting with The Yoga Chord – a rainbow of crystals on a metre-long strand, which I programmed to do healing. I loved crystals so much, that I ended up developing my own method, and my own range of crystal healing necklaces – tools to make the process simpler, more fun, convenient, easier. Relax, breathe deeply, and find yourself in a beautiful cave at the ocean, waves lapping inside, lovely greeny-blue water, sitting on a rock, surrounded by mermaids and mer-men playing harps and flutes. Listen and be lulled by the music. Now watch the water, as the colour changes to your perfect colours for now. Notice the exact shades. Enjoy colours and images forming for as long as you wish, and when ready, gently return to the room.

As well as the basic ‘spectrum’ or rainbow colours corresponding to each chakra, the range of colours available to you is actually infinite, with every shade having a specific vibration and feeling! To understand the infinity of colour, imagine a circular paint chart with blobs of rainbow colours around it. Now imagine a new colour between orange and yellow (a light orange). Now imagine a new colour between that light orange and yellow… an even lighter orange… Imagine, you can go on like this infinitely – there is no end to the range of colours in between each colour! Colour is infinite!

The Chakra colours are:
BASE – (perineum) – RED –grounding, physical, real world. Your body, family, home, abundance. Security, safety, comfort.
SACRUM (lower belly) – ORANGE – relationship, flow, cash-flow, receiving new things, & letting go of what is no longer needed, feminine.
HEART – (heart) – PINK – love, sweetness, niceness, baby energy, nurturing we received as a child, AND or GREEN – healing, understanding on a deep level.
THROAT (throat) – BLUE –communication, self- expression through work, play, creativity.
BROW or 3RD EYE – (Forehead) – PURPLE – vision, intuition, wisdom. How you envision what you wish to create for yourself and others.

How to Choose Colours that Harmonise Your Life and Match Your Goals?
Colour has a big effect on what we communicate to others – personally, and in business. We can choose colours to alter mood and communicate our ‘core values’.
For example, in marketing, blueis a great colour, as it perfects communication. Orange is also good as it creates flow and can attract customers and sales.
What Colours do You Need for Success?
To enhance your relationships, you might choose pink, for love, bluefor communication, turquoise for truth, or orangefor flow and relating.
What’s a Light Language Grid?
For your bedroom, you might prefer pinkfor romance (or red, for a bit more raunch, or chocolate for pleasure! )
For business, you might choose yellowfor clarity and direction, redfor grounding and making things happen in reality, and chocolatefor attracting cash.
For harmony and understanding, choose light green.
For spirituality, choose purple(spirit) and white (enlightenment) or gold(the vibration of ‘all that is’).
Having chosen your base colour, you can add accents to ‘say’ subtle things and create subtle moods, like this:
Silver– attention, notice. ‘Come and get me!’ or ‘Look at me!’ (both ‘I notice you’ and / or ‘I’m giving you notice – setting a boundary’)
Dark Purple – highlights commitment to your soul purpose.

Have a look at your entire wardrobe, overall. What is the ‘general colour’ feeling? How does it match your ideal colours and what you want to ‘say’ about yourself? How does it express you?
You might like to release any clothes whose colour no longer feels good, and bring in a new vibe! Don’t be afraid to throw out even ‘nice’ or ‘new’ things – if you are ‘past them’ let them go. As we develop we outgrow the existing vibration of our clothes, and need new ones to express our new feeling. (Otherwise we risk sending ourselves backwards by wearing our ‘old’ vibration!)

Case Study – Brighten up your Life!
Gemma came to me for a Healing Session, feeling depressed and out of sorts. I noticed she wore very dark clothes, black and grey, and rather untidy. I asked about her house, and she described it as ‘dark and depressing’ with lots of ‘other people’s
things’ inside. I suggested a spring clean – what we have around us has a big effect on how we feel. As Gemma needed uplifting, I suggested she clear out the junk, and add light yellow gauzy curtains and some cushions in cheerful shades like pink and orange – a low budget way to make a quick change. Here’s a harmonising chakra balancing colour exercise you can try!
This classic yoga pose brings grace and balance to the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Tune in and meditate on your perfect chakra colours as you try it!
Stand straight, bring your right sole up to rest on your left inner-thigh. Press your hands together at heart centre in prayer pose, inhale deep, and raise your hands above your head, inner elbows hugging your ears. Relax and breathe through the nose for 1-2 minutes, imagining you are inhaling your perfect colours. Inhale deep, stretch up. Gently come out of it, and repeat on the other side. Don’t worry if you wobble or shake at first – you perfect it with practice. Just do as much as you can!

How Can we Balance and Harmonise our Chakras and Auric Field?
How is that possible? Well there are various ways, for example using sound healing or crystal healing. Sound is a frequency, a vibration. Crystals also each possess a unique vibration. Harnessing a scientific process known as ‘entrainment’ it is possible to raise and adjust the vibration of your body, just by placing something with a higher vibration, like a Crystal or positive Sound, next to it.

Chladni
How do Chakra Vibrations Work?
In the 18th century Ernest Chladni, a German physicist, found that the sound waves produced by a violin bow drawn vertically across the rim of a metal plate would create patterns in sand sprinkled on the plate. Different musical tones would cause the sand particles to move into geometric patterns. Rather like the rippling patterns the sea makes on sand.
What is Heart Chakra Healing and Reconnective Healing?
Some forms of energy healing use energy patterns like this to restore order. For example, Heart Chakra Healing and Reconnective Healing (similar to Reiki, but more advanced). These two forms of ‘hands on’ vibrational energy healing effectively run an ‘energy pattern’ over the dissonant resonance of the body. The pattern, which is a bit like a computer program installed in the aura of the person giving the healing, has an organising and calming, healing effect on the body, mind, and emotions – and most of all, on the energy system of the individual.

Ernest Chladni also found that low frequency sounds produced simple geometric shapes on a sand covered plate.
What Shapes do Sounds Make, to Harmonise and Heal?
As the sound frequency was increased, these simple forms would break up and more complex patterns would appear. The sound ‘OH’ would produce a perfect circle.
The sound ‘OM’ produced a pattern that resembles the Shri Yantra; the ancient mandala for ‘OM’ used as a focus of meditation in India for thousands of years. Hans Jenny came to the conclusion that sound creates form and that the entire human body had its own sound made up of all the sounds of its cells, tissues and organs.
How do Sound Vibrations Transform, Cleanse, and Heal?
Sound has a surprisingly powerful transforming effect, even on physical systems. For example, it’s possible to clean jewellery using a machine with a sonic vibration. Rather like shaking the dirt out of a rug, the vibration loosens unwanted particles of dirt and they fall away. High pitched sound is also used medically to shatter kidney stones.

Consider an opera singer’s ability to shatter a glass. There is a point at which a certain frequency makes it impossible for an existing system to continue in the same form. Change and healing (or cleanliness!) is the result.

A definition of health and well-being, for me, is ‘energy flow’. Going back to the car example, when the fuel pump is blocked, the whole system shuts down. Each Sacred Shape polygon has its own meaning – for example, a Cube contains or holds energy and sometimes represents literally ‘a block’ in the area of your life represented by the Chakra in which it appears.
For example, a Cube in your Heart Chakra is a Love Block. A Cube in your Base Chakra is a Physical Block (like, you can’t sell your house). A Cube in your Sacral Chakra is a Relationship or Money Block (for example, not enough money flowing to your bank account). Each Chakra represents a different area of your life – so we can know what is going on for you in that particular area, when we see a particular shape/colour combination in a particular one of your Chakras.
What do Sacred Shapes and Colours Mean?
To know the Sacred Shapes and Colours you have in your Aura, you have to be able to sense the shapes/colours intuitively/psychically. And you also have to learn the meaning of around 13 Sacred Geometric Shapes and about 20 Colours. These are the shapes/colours most people have in their auras.

Humans actually are able to sense the colours and energy around others much more than is normally realised! We tend to take this for granted!

There are 7 Common Basic Shapes which often show up in people’s Auras – these are the Platonic Solids – and each has its own meaning which you can learn. Cube, Sphere, Icosahedron, Dodecahedron, Octahedron, Tetrahedron, Pyramid.

What do Sacred Shapes Mean?
Sacred Geometry is a field where mathematics meets metaphysics – underpinning all existence are sacred geometric proportions relationships, shapes and polygons whose symetry form the basis of every element, and the construction and design of everything that exists.

Each Sacred Geometric shape also possesses a particular energy or ‘vibration’. Here, I describe some common sacred shapes and colours and their meaning. This is used in ‘Light Language’ – a form of energy healing that works with colour and shape to define precise energies that then call things into being – for example to help manifest a goal or overcome an issue – and can be used in Aura Reading.
The most commonly used shapes are the ‘Platonic Solids’ – seven shapes that all have equal sided faces and angles. Here are a few examples:

So, a cylinder in red (colour of the base chakra and the physical world, meaning ‘action’), brings very fast creation. An Octahedron in Blue, colour of communication, brings optimal communication so this is helpful for relationships. A Dodecahedron in yellow, the colour of clarity, brings twelve clear choices, good for business.
Far more than the seven spectrum colours we associate with the chakras, in Advanced Light Language we use a palette of 120 shades, all with subtle and complex meanings – for example – the colour ‘Snow’ is ‘Now’ handy
Dodecahedron – 12 choices or 12 ways for energy to come to you
for bringing rapid results. Rosy Brown or ‘Cha-Ching!’ the sound of a cash register, is great for realising cash, and Light Goldenrod, nicknamed ‘kick-ass’ is another miracle cash colour.
Sacred Shape Geometry Light Language Grids are always written ‘in highest good’. So it is perfectly ok to write a grid involving other people – for example, a grid to help you close a business deal with another company – with the ‘highest good’ proviso ensuring that the results are good for everybody (which keeps you safe, too!)

What is a 7 Shaped Light Language Grid?

Sacred Shape Geometry Light Language Meditation
Hold your spine straight, yet relax, and breathe deeply through the nose. Find yourself in a great hall, filled with light. You walk up the path in the centre of the hall to a raised platform. A hooded person is waiting for you and gives you a golden chalice to drink from. Drink from the cup. The person points at a screen and you watch colour and light appearing. Stay as long as you like, enjoying the show. Ask the guide any questions you need to. When you are ready, gently return to the room.

Light Language is what we naturally create in our aura, the magnetic field surrounding our body. As we think or feel, we throw out sacred shapes in various shades of coloured light from our chakras. This is how our aura, the magnetic field around our body, is formed, and it continually changes in response to our thoughts and feelings. Our aura may be thought of as an energy field which connects with other people and the energy grid of the planet. The way we attract events in our lives is through our aura. Our personal vibration attracts events which feel the same as what we are carrying already.

What is the meaning of Metatron’s Cube? Metatron’s Cube is a complex 3D figure derived from a deceptively simple 2D pattern called ‘The Fruit Of Life’ below : 13 connected circles – which is concealed in the ancient ‘Flower of Life’ inscribed on the walls of the Osirion temple at Abydos, Egypt, 18,000 years ago.
Mythically, Metatron was originally human, elevated to archangel by God for his services as scribe. Foremost communicator between humans and the divine, he is best known for his ‘cube’, shown above Angel Metatron, right.
The Flower of Life – A specific regular repeating pattern of circles rotating around a central point, shown – contains a vast Akashic system of information (kind of, short hand for the entire planet’s memory), including templates for the five Platonic Solids – Key Sacred Shapes which are the building blocks of creation. If you think this is far fetched, read on – in a moment you will see the shapes appear as if by magic.
A Crop Circle
Sacred Geometry, by the way, is where the ‘mystery of all creation’ meets science, and any sceptics out there might enjoy further study, which will transport you from the Atomic Tables via mathematics to the myth of Atlantis and crop circles in the wink of an eye (which, as you will discover, embodies a very special shape known as a vesica piscis, and more, much more…)
Anyway, I shall be your guide through this vast landscape of ‘weird shape fractal zodiac geomancy’ – whatever that is!
Metatron is linked with Thoth –(or possibly, Metatron IS Thoth – ancient figure who pops up many times through esoteric history, said to have reincarnated many times from pre-history, Atlantis, Ancient Egypt, even to today, possibly AKA Drunvalo Melchizedek.
‘Metator’ is latin for a guide or measurer, which is certainly akin to this cube. ‘Metatron’ also refers to the ‘Keter’ or crown in the Kabbalah ‘Tree’ – an ancient picture of the Chakra System. The Kabbalah Tree is based on the ‘Flower of Life’ – no doubt, as Madonna could tell you! See Blue Outline above – how The Kabbalah Tree is derived from The Flower of Life.
To make Metatron’s Cube, begin with The Fruit Of Life (The 13 circles, Left). Curves describe feminine energy, so to manifest something (remember, this is a figure intended to describe creation), we must add masculine energy, represented by straight lines – so we much join the centres of all the circles with straight lines.
Encapsulated within the resulting Metatron’s Cube design (shown below), are all of the five known Platonic Solids – Key Sacred Shapes: a cube, a tetrahedron (triangular pyramid), Octahedron (two square pyramids with bases joined), an Icosahedron (twenty triangular faces) and a Dodecahedron (twelve pentagonal faces). Erasing the lines in certain ways gives rise to each shape as shown more clearly below (except in the case of the Dodecahedron, of which more in a moment). Watch the moving GIF, right, to see exactly how each Shape arises within Metatron’s Cube. Then observe the static shapes below.
Observe my moving image, above, and you’ll see the images appear, superimposed on the ‘Fruit of Life’ (the 13 circles) – you’ll see each shape in turn: Cube, Octahedron, Dodecahedron, Icosahedron, Tetrahedron, Star Tetrahedron and how they superimpose. Think of the shapes as being like ‘pop ups’ – the 2D shape ‘pops up’ into 3D reality – like a pop-up book!
Plato
Plato’s bit: All the shapes we find within Metatron’s Cube are Platonic Solids. Discovered by Plato, these are special shapes because they are all perfectly regular and symetrical. The Platonic Solids are all convex, all faces are identical, all edges are identical, and all angles are identical, and the points all fit exactly inside a sphere. The more than 100,000 kinds of crystal in the world ALL derive from these forms. Interestingly, Pythagoras and Plato didn’t mention the Dodecahedron, perhaps wanting to keep it secret. Apparently, it does fit (see moving gif, above); this may be a recent discovery as some texts omit it.

Although named after Plato, the Platonic Solids were actually described by Pythagoras 200 years earlier – he called them the ‘perfect solids’ – and claimed he found the info under the pyramids (linking back to the ubiquitous Thoth who very much lurks in Egypt). Each shape also represents an element: The tetrahedron is fire, the cube is earth, the octahedron is air, the icosahedron is water, and the dodecahedron is ether. The sphere is the void.
Grids of light made from sacred shapes define everything in life that gets created. Everything is made from sacred shapes. The Vesica Piscis – sacred geometry that forms the eye, and the vagina.
Conception: Sacred Geometric Shapes, DNA and Creation: Two cells merge, form a ‘vesica piscis’ (below) – a deeply sacred shape where the centres of two spheres or circles bisect each other. Next sperm and ova pass right through each other to become a single cell or zygote. Then: mitosis and the chromosomes join, then migrate to North and South poles.
Then a tube forms pole to pole and the chromasomes split and migrate to alternate poles. This is the complete prototype new human. The zygote then splits into four cells and forms a tetrahedron inside a sphere. The next division yields a star tetrahedron/cube in a shape called ‘the egg of life’. .
The Egg of Life
These eight cells reside at the perineum – our centre (geometrically) and literally where we grow from. And an important esoteric plexus, besides, on which our energy field fixates. Anyway, eight cells divide into eight more, form a cube within a cube.
8 Cell Human Embryo. The mouth or the anus will form in the centre of the image (as the tube torus forms).
After this, divisions become asymetrical as we differentiate in all the tiny special little ways that make us, well, special! At sixty-four cells the embryo becomes hollow and the poles grown together and form a tube torus, one end of which will be the mouth, the other, the anus.
So, to sum up the Sacred Geometric Shapes forming life: life begins as an ovum or sphere, becomes a tetrahedron, then a star tetrahedron, a cube, another sphere, and finally, a torus (donut).
So, if you ever find yourself on a different planet and need to explain the Platonic Solids/Creation to an alien, all you’ll need are a compass, ruler, and the ability to draw thirteen circles…

The thought that came to mind personally, as I gazed at this Sacred Geometry image, was ‘Gateway of Desire’. I saw of field of what looks like 3D frangipani flowers. And also an incredible 3D mobius (figure 8 or infinity sign) made of spheres. My sense is that meditating on what one desires, while gazing at this image, would be.. fruitful!

My personal view is that the World Grid is a Small Stellated Dodecahedron (a Dodecahedron where each pentagon face is uprooted into a 5 face pyramid – look for the pentagons in the image above. And see the Small Stellated Dodecahedron image, below. Then the sacred sites are on the triangulations between each of 3 stellation points (and maybe places like Bermuda Triangle are at the nadir..)
